speed and STRENGTH TRAINING
At Renegade Track Club, we offer speed and strength training tailored to athletes at every stage of growth and development. Our program is designed to build a strong athletic foundation by focusing on proper technique, explosive movement, and overall conditioning. We recognize that each athlete develops at a different pace, so our training adapts to meet their individual needs. Sessions include both bodyweight exercises and resistance training, ensuring athletes can progress safely and effectively. Younger athletes build coordination and strength without added resistance, while more advanced athletes are gradually introduced to weight training to enhance power and performance. This approach helps minimize injury while maximizing long-term development. By combining speed and strength work, Renegade athletes gain the tools to perform at their highest potential on the track and beyond.
